WUYIGE Certified Public Accountants LLP (hereinafter referred to as DAXIN) was created by Mr. Wu Yinghao who is a forerunner in China's accounting field in 1945. In 1985, Mr. Wu Yige, a student of Mr. Wu Yinghao as well as an adjunct professor of Wuhan University rebuilt DAXIN. It was one of the earliest local accounting firms established in China.

       Over 30 years of development after the reconstruction, DAXIN has developed into a large accounting firm with one billion and six hundred million yuan of business income.        At present, DAXIN’s headquarter (Registration Place) located in Beijing; with eight regional business headquarters in Wuhan, Shandong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Jilin, Jiangxi, Chongqing etc.; 21 branches in Hongkong, Liaoning, Sichuan, Guangzhou, Jiangsu, Henan, Guangxi, Yunnan and other provinces.        With its large size and strength, DAXIN has obtained various accounting agency qualification, including qualification of auditing H-share enterprises; securities and futures related business audit issued by the Ministry of Finance and the China's Securities Regulatory Commission; project cost consultation qualification issued by the Ministry of Construction; land advisory qualification (Class A) issued by the Ministry of land resources; the central enterprise audit qualification issued by the SASAC of the State Council;.
